SEMINARS

Live, interactive sessions designed to install lasting frameworks.

LawyerWise seminars are designed to be the entry point for most firms. They run 60 minutes, can be delivered in-person or virtually, and are typically scheduled into existing professional development programming. The format combines a short presentation with structured discussion, exercises associates can take part in directly, and time for Q&A.

Understanding the importance of developing proactive habits to sustain a legal career.

Module 1

Tools to ensure crucial issue-spotting skills remain active for legal work but don’t lead to rampant cynicism and dissatisfaction.

Each associate makes a concrete plan for implementation, feedback is collected to inform next steps, and any lingering questions are addressed.

COACHING

Where seminar concepts become personal practice

Coaching is the modality where general frameworks meet specific challenges. Seminars give associates a shared vocabulary and a set of tools. Coaching gives them the time and structure to apply those tools to the challenges that are actually in front of them: the difficult partner, the unfamiliar practice area, the file they cannot stop thinking about at night, the fork-in-the-road career decision.


Sessions are designed to be practical, not therapeutic. Optional psychometric assessments (e.g., Hogan, DiSC, Insights Discovery) are also available for deeper, more personalized insights. The work is forward-looking and tied to outcomes the associate cares about. Delivered in one-on-one or small group settings.

ASSOCIATE HAPPINESS 101 VIDEO SERIES

On-demand resilience training. Designed to actually be watched.

Associate Happiness 101 is the on-demand component of the LawyerWise system. Twelve short videos, five minutes each, grounded in positive psychology and resilience research, and built specifically for associates at large law firms. Each module focuses on one concept and provides practical tools the associate can implement immediately. Topics range from managing setbacks and constructive feedback to building motivation and finding meaning in difficult work.

The curriculum is designed to be watched independently, assigned as pre-work before a seminar, or used as an ongoing reinforcement resource between coaching sessions. No downloads or complicated logins required, and accessible on any device.
